Results Matter
In this ever changing financial environment results matter more now, than ever before. So the big big question is how do we get better results. An article in the April 2009 issue of HR Magazine/ Management Tools: Make Results Matter; speaks to the need to free up independent behaviors and thinking to allow, even encourage and champion new paths to reach expected results.
The concept is called ROWE – results-only work environment. What matters is the results achieved, not the amount of time put in to get them.
